Kennedy Care, operating Safe at Home, is seeking compassionate in-home nannies to provide high-quality childcare in Warren and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with a morning shift, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of childcare experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance.
• Availability for at least two full weekdays (Mon–Fri) with 8 hours minimum between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s growth and development.
• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care.
• Build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare.
• Communicate openly with families and the SAH team to ensure consistency and support.
• Respond to emotional, social, and physical needs of each child, keeping safety and well-being top of mind.
• Provide transportation for outings, activities, and errands, ensuring children arrive safely and on time.
