Job summary

Safe at Home (SAH), a division of Kennedy Care, seeks a Child Care Specialist in Plymouth, MI to provide high-quality in-home childcare for families with flexible morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities include engaging activities, safe environments, and clear communication with families. Eligibility for benefits after 12 months (30+ hours/week) is available, plus PTO, bonuses, and trainings such as CPR.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of childcare experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• An undeniable positive, can-do attitude.
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance.
• Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care.
• Build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare.
