InnovAge is seeking an In Home Services CNA to provide routine care and assist participants with activities of daily living in clients’ homes or InnovAge facilities in Colorado. You will follow plan of care, document care, monitor health status, and coordinate with the RN and multidisciplinary teams.

Requires a current CNA license, First Aid and BLS, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and at least one year of geriatric care experience.

Competenze

• Current and valid state CNA license.
• First Aid and BLS certifications required prior to hire.
• Driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide routine care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care per policies and regulations.
• Monitor health status and vital signs; report to clinical staff.
