Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as ambulation, bathing, dressing.
• Provide meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Remind clients about medications and monitor safety in the home.
• Escort clients to medical facilities or errands as needed.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the Branch Manager.
• Monitor supplies and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
