Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support clients at home.

This full-time role requires availability Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday from 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8pm, providing ADL assistance and compassionate care in clients' homes. You will document client progress, receive training, and work with a team that values safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience in home care or healthcare settings.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services (meal prep, laundry, light housework).
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client.
• Assist with mobility issues, helping client get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
