Job summary

Assisted Living Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home eldercare. This full-time role offers shifts such as 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am with flexibility.

Qualifications

• Availability as described: Sunday-Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday with listed hours or flexible alternative.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic domestic services such as meal prep, laundry, and light housework.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation.
• Assist with mobility and getting in/out of bed or chair.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks (teeth brushing, toileting, bathing).
• Change bed linens regularly and support daily activities.
• Provide a caring, positive presence and respond quickly in emergencies.
