Helping Hearts in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced caregiver for a part-time, home-care assignment. The role requires gentle, hands-on daily living assistance, fall prevention, and safety monitoring for a client with a small dog.

You will work Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00 PM–5:30 PM, about 16.5 hours weekly. The position emphasizes reliability, compassion, and adherence to care plans, with training provided.

Qualificações

• Experience in home care and elder support is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Comfortable working in a home with a small dog.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on ADL support per the client care plan.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and safety monitoring.
• Prepare simple meals and hydration reminders.
