Job summary

All Tennessee Caregivers in Franklin, TN seeks a compassionate Home Health Caregiver to assist clients at home with daily activities, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. You will maintain records, report changes, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible Monday–Thursday schedule and supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a home healthcare caregiver or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus; can work Monday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation services, including ensuring that the client’s living area is clean and organized and preparing nutritious meals according to the client’s dietary needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and services
• Other duties as assigned
