Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking an experienced caregiver for a Franklin-area client. The part-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM (about 16.5 hours weekly). You will provide hands-on ADL support, assist with transfers, meal prep, and companionship in a home with a small dog.

Consistent attendance and safety awareness are essential. Care tasks follow a client care plan, utilizing approved transfer devices.

Formación

• Experience as a caregiver in home care preferred.
• Ability to perform transfers and assist with ADLs.
• Comfort with a small dog in the home.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification recommended.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities per care plan.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using approved techniques and equipment.
• Prepare simple meals and hydrate client as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the home environment.
• Observe, document, and report changes in condition promptly.
• Offer companionship and engage client in activities.
