Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver for a consistent private-home assignment in Ashland City, Tennessee. The role offers a part-time schedule with days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, totaling about 24 hours per week.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship essential for the client's comfort and independence.

Qualifications

• Previous professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Verifiable employment references and work history.
• Clear and respectful communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Provide safe mobility and personal-care assistance.
• Assist with showers on scheduled days.
• Prepare breakfast and an early dinner.
• Clean the kitchen after meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Vacuum and tidy the home.
• Run occasional errands with client at home.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Support client’s comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Observe changes in client’s condition and report promptly.
• Accurate shift documentation.
• Follow client’s care plan and Helping Hearts policies.
