Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility devices.
• Monitor safety and prevent falls throughout shifts.
• Offer companionship and engage client with activities.
• Prepare simple meals and provide hydration reminders.
• Maintain client privacy and dignity during care tasks.
