Job summary

24 Hour Home Care is hiring a Special Needs Caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Los Angeles area. You will follow individualized care plans and share progress with the care team.

Eligible candidates receive reimbursement for CPR/First Aid certifications, TB testing, and access to comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality required.
• Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired).
• Two references – at least one must confirm disability-related experience.
• Proof of a negative TB test is required; full cost covered for eligible candidates.
• CPR and First Aid certifications; reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to children, teenagers, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs).
• Follow individualized client care plans and provide progress updates to the care team.
