Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in California is seeking a Special Needs Caregiver to work with children, teens, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes. You will follow individualized care plans and provide progress updates to the care team.

Duties include personal care, meal prep, companionship, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Must have reliability and be able to travel to different cities; CPR/First Aid certification and a TB test are required, with

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to travel to different cities (highly desired).
• Two references – at least one reference must confirm disability-related experience.
• Proof of a negative TB test is required (cost covered for eligible candidates).
• CPR and First Aid Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant (reimbursement available).

Responsibilities
