Job summary

24 Hour Home Care in California is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support children, teenagers and adults with I/DDs. You'll follow individualized care plans, provide personal care, meals, companionship and help with medications, in various client homes.

Pay ranges from $16.90 to $20 per hour, depending on assignment and location. Company benefits include health coverage, sick leave, retirement plan and more. This position is full-time and field-based within California.

Qualifications

• Two references – at least one reference must confirm disability-related experi ence.
• Proof of negative TB results.
• CPR and First Aid certification for Adult, Child and Infant.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to children, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs) following individualized care plans.
• Perform personal care tasks and light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide meal preparation, companionship and medication reminders.
