Job summary

Right At Home In Home Care in Wallingford CT is seeking professional caregivers (Homemakers, HHAs, Companions, CNAs, PCAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. 18+ and 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and paid training are offered.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $22.00 per hour with weekly pay and benefits. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more caregiving experience documented.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for the job.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with medication reminders and range of motion exercises.
• Provide companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
• Transport between client sites and perform household tasks as needed.
