Lifeline Homecare Inc. in Kentucky is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical support to clients in their homes, helping maintain independence with dignity and respect.

We offer competitive pay from $15 to $17 per hour based on experience, plus flexible schedules, on-demand pay, paid training, travel time and mileage, PTO, and 401(k) with company match. A Progressive Wage program rewards successful completion of key topics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.
• Negative TB test and annual health screenings required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience working in varied home environments from urban to rural.
• Willingness to cover shifts in surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: cooking, light cleaning, household chores, and personal care.
• Care Coordination: manage multiple clients and maintain care notes via our mobile app.
• Advocacy: report suspected abuse or neglect to supervisors.
• Transportation: help clients get to appointments and run errands.
• Flexibility: cover additional shifts in surrounding counties on short notice.
