Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated caregiver to support seniors and adults at home in the Rogue Valley and nearby areas. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and reminders for medications while following individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous caregiving experience (CNA, PCA, HHA) welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Document daily care notes using the mobile app.
• Communicate with our office team.
