Job summary

Right at Home in Central Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities in Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas. The role includes personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping and transportation.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions with competitive hourly pay, shift differentials on some shifts, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and 24/7 admin support.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Clean driving record preferred but training may be provided.
• Reliable transportation to travel between Redmond and Bend areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care including help with medications, toileting, hygiene and grooming, and assistance with dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and related tasks.
• Support seniors, veterans, and disabled adults in daily activities and promote independence.
