Job summary

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking compassionate Caregivers to help seniors live safely and independently at home. You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility support, while following care plans and documenting notes in our mobile app. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Document daily care notes in the mobile app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
