Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a dedicated in-home Caregiver to help seniors and adults live safely and independently in their own homes across the Rogue Valley, including Central Point, Medford, Ashland, and surrounding towns.

You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, mobility support, and accurate care notes via our mobile app, with weekly pay and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Background check required and valid ID.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 18+ years old and have transportation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transportation.
• Ensure safety and document daily care notes in app.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.

About the Role

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, in-home support that enables seniors and vulnerable adults to continue living safely and independently in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Building meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Assisting with mobility and transportation.
• Safety supervision and peace of mind.
• Following individual care plans and accurately documenting daily care notes using our mobile app.
• Communicating effectively withouroffice team.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for caring individuals who are passionate about helping others. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Successfully pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Previous caregiving experience, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
