Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare in Colorado is seeking compassionate Caregivers to assist clients with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and light household tasks in clients' homes.

You will help with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal prep, medication reminders, and engage clients with meaningful activities while building trusting relationships with families. We offer flexible schedules, ongoing training, supportive leadership, and weekly pay to help you grow with a caring team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
