Flatirons FlexCare is hiring caregivers to provide personal care, companionship, and light home support in clients' homes across Colorado. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and medication reminders while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture centered on respect and compassion. Weekly pay is coming soon.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Prepare meals and light snacks.
• Provide medication reminders and support as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks.
• Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor.
