Always Best Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide daytime in-home care across West Seattle, South Seattle, White Center, Burien, Tukwila, Renton and surrounding areas.

We offer competitive pay of $23-$25 per hour, weekly pay, and flexible 4-8 hour daytime shifts with some weekend availability. Join a supportive team committed to helping clients maintain independence and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA certification required
• One year or more of experience in home care or with older adults
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and friendly support to clients
• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily activities
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home during visits
• Assist with appointments, errands, and outings as needed
• Deliver reliable, personalized care based on client needs
