Always Best Care is seeking dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support for older adults in the Seattle area, including Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Redmond, and surrounding communities. Earn $23–$25 per hour, with pay depending on certification and experience, in daytime shifts with flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have CNA or HCA certification, a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle, and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA or HCA certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Experience helping older adults preferred.
• Willingness to drive between client visits and pass background/drug checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement to clients.
• Assist with personal care, meals, routines, and light household tasks.
• Support safe, clean, and comfortable home environments.
