Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services- Seattle, WA seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, and everyday encouragement to older adults in their own homes around Downtown Seattle and surrounding areas. Positions are daytime, with flexible shifts.

A valid driver’s license, CNA or HCA certification, and at least one year of experience are preferred. You’ll help with personal care, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments while keeping safety and

Qualifications

• One year or more of experience supporting older adults.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts.
• Clear background check and drug test.
• Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections by providing companionship and encouragement.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, daily routines, and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, social activities, and outings.
• Provide personalized support that promotes comfort, confidence, dignity and independence.
