Qualificações

• Experience in home health care as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role.
• HHA or PCA Certification is required.
• Valid Basic Life Support (First Aid & CPR) is required for in-person work.
• TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray within 30 days is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Empathy, compassion and kindness are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out assigned tasks on clients and follow care plans.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, respiration) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Recognize needs, maintain good relationships, and communicate observations to supervisor.
