Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and support individuals during home activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks.
• Prepare meals and perform light cleaning.
• Ensure safety and maintain a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals.
• Promote communication, choice, and independence.
• Complete daily progress notes.
