Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a home-like environment in a senior living community. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, resident rooms, and laundry operations while adhering to infection control standards and safety guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school education and prior experience in healthcare settings. OSHA knowledge and fire evacuation awareness are preferred; full-time, on-site position with regular hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education.
• Minimum one-year experience in a senior community or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards and safety procedures preferred.
• Understand the steps for fire evacuation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas including lobby, guest restrooms and hallways.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture; dust furniture, pictures and fixtures.
• Sanitize handrails; clean glass surfaces; wash doors, doorways and walls.
• Mop or vacuum common areas; disinfect restrooms and soiled areas.
• Launder linens and organize laundry areas; return items to residents’ rooms.
