Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks and interact with residents and staff to support excellent care and comfort.

No prior experience required; a high school diploma is preferred. You will work with infection control guidelines and safety protocols, and you may be asked to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Benefits vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Maintain sanitation according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Provide positive interactions with residents, staff and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
