Magnolia Grand, part of Cascade Living Group, is inviting applications for a Housekeeper. The role focuses on keeping resident apartments and common areas clean, safe, and inviting, with emphasis on dignity and respect for residents and guests.

Ideal candidates will have experience in high-end senior living environments, a compassionate demeanor, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience at hotels, country clubs or other similar high-end senior living communities
• Desire to work with seniors
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Sufficient mobility and strength to move freely through the building and to assist transfer or otherwise move residents of facility
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to detect odors and see spots and spills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Cleans (dust, dry mop, wet mop, sanitize, scrub) assigned resident apartments and common areas daily
• Washes and folds laundry, distributes clean linens and towels and maintains a stocked cleaning cart
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
