The SR Companies is seeking a housekeeping/laundry aide for our Florida Tampa community. Under supervision, you will perform cleaning and laundry tasks to keep residents' areas orderly, clean and sanitary, while maintaining a caring atmosphere for residents, families and associates.

You will dust, vacuum, mop, deep clean rooms, sanitize bathrooms, clean offices, assist in dining service, and respond promptly to requests with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in common areas: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Deep clean resident rooms and sanitize bathrooms and carpets as scheduled.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents, families and staff.
• Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and respect when speaking with residents and visitors.
• Communicate in the language understood by each resident and follow HIPAA regulations.
• Assist nursing staff as needed and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Assist in dining service during breakfast, lunch and dinner as required.
