Job summary

Vitality in Florida is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean resident suites and common areas according to schedule, including vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning. The role requires strong English communication, physical stamina and a professional, caring image to support residents and their families.

On-site onboarding and ongoing training are provided in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.
• Desire to work with older adults and their families.
• Projects a positive and professional image at all times.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites according to schedule (vacuum carpets, dust, clean bathrooms, windows).
• Clean community common areas to schedule and perform deep cleaning as required.
• Assist in Annual Suite Service and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience.
• Attend onboarding, training, and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
