Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a dependable housekeeping and laundry associate for a Pensacola, FL community. Under supervision, you will perform cleaning duties to keep the facility orderly, clean, and sanitary while supporting the Golden Rule in daily interactions with residents, families, and associates.

You will follow cleaning schedules, assist with dining room service, and uphold safety and HIPAA awareness, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and directions from supervisors.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas: dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Deep clean resident rooms as scheduled and per policy.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and corridors.
• Clean administrative offices as scheduled.
• Assist in dining room during meals as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents, families and staff.
