Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow safety and infection control procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff.

This on-site role offers hands-on training, opportunities for career development, and access to benefits such as telemedicine and employee assistance programs. Residency within service area may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
