Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning, follow safety and infection control practices, and interact with residents and staff to support a high-quality living environment.

This role includes hands-on training, career development opportunities, and benefits. Must reside within the service area and be able to perform physical tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and daily routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
