Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, following established sanitation procedures.

This role emphasizes infection control, resident service, and teamwork with staff, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and good communication with residents and staff.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
