You will help with bed-making, call lights, and supplies, while promoting resident comfort and participation in activities.

The role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, working alongside nursing staff to enhance resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: support activities and social programs for residents.
• Maintain Cleanliness: keep rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: comply with patient rights and safety policies.
• Observe and Report: identify and report concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Assist as Needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
