Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support activities and social programs to engage residents.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Help with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Adhere to Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.
• Observe and Report: Identify and report safety concerns or issues.
• Assist as Needed: Handle additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.
