AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Rhode Island to join our interdisciplinary care team. You will deliver compassionate nursing care, work within a trusted network of physicians, families, and other caregivers, and practice at the top of your license with strong support from a mission-driven organization.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm EST schedule, competitive pay of $85,000-$98,000 per year based on experience, and benefits including medical, dental,

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
