Redcrest Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for General Inpatient Hospice (GIP) in Lafayette, IN. The RN will provide end-of-life care in inpatient settings across IU Health facilities in central Indiana and coordinate patient care within the health system.

The role requires 3+ years acute care experience, Indiana RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility for rotating holidays and on-call responsibilities is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years acute care experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Active RN license in state of Indiana without board actions.
• CPR certification is required. Possibly lifesaving skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Attend discharge and multidisciplinary rounds.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation per policy and Medicare guidelines.
• Participate in QAPI activities and quality improvement.
