Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for delivering the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Drive the care team to ensure quality, compassionate care.

Education
