Job summary

Agape Care Group in Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse who values the time you spend with patients and with the families who support them. You will evaluate patients and create care plans while communicating with the patient, the family, and the care team.

You’ll serve as a driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care, with access to our supportive leadership and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active RN license in Alabama (or eligible).
• 2+ years nursing experience in clinical care; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality care.
• Participate in professional development and leadership support.
