Job summary

BAYADA Hospice in Linwood, NJ seeks a compassionate Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home hospice care across Atlantic and Cape May counties. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering palliative care in patients' homes.

Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred but not required; a valid NJ RN license is essential. Travel and EMR experience are expected.

Qualifications

• NJ RN license active and in good standing.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.
