Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for Linwood, New Jersey. The role involves visiting adult and geriatric clients, delivering 1:1 care, and coordinating with Clinical and Client Services teams to maintain quality home health services.

Ideal candidates hold an NJ RN license with 1 year of clinical experience. Home care experience is preferred but not required; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan tailored to each patient.
• Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors’ orders, assessments, and interventions accurately.
• Coordinate case management and communicate with the care team.
