Job summary
BAYADA Hospice in Concord, NH is seeking a compassionate, full-time Registered Nurse to join our hospice team. The RN will provide in-home care and palliative services, visiting clients in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties on a per-visit basis.
Ideal candidates have NH RN licensure and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home health or hospice background is preferred but not required. We offer competitive benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in NH.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medications, perform wound care and treatments, and provide comfort care.
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Follow up on and document doctors' orders accurately.
- Perform client assessments as needed.
- Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
