BAYADA Home Health Care in Nashua, NH is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit teams. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to support independence and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current NH nursing license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience within the past two years with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, home health, or related settings
