Job summary

St. Anthony’s Hospice in Henderson, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Hospice Nurse. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with on-call shifts and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus on-call coverage.

Salary range is $35.00 to $45.00 hourly. The RN will provide mission-centered care in homes or long-term facilities, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team and adhering to federal/state hospice requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in Kentucky.
• Must have at least two years of clinical nursing experience; hospice preferred.
• Proficient with computers, internet, and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient assessments per Medicare guidelines.
• Provide hospice-level nursing care per plans of care and regulations.
• Respond to physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and caregivers.
• Lead and support LPNs and HCAs to maximize patient care.
• Document timely updates to the Plan of Care and patient records.
