Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license active in New Jersey.
• Clinical skills in pain and symptom management.
• Experience in home or community-based hospice care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within NJ.
• BLS certification; hospice or palliative care certifications are a plus.
• Accurate clinical documentation in EMR or paper records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor symptoms to manage pain and distress.
