Advantage is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care to patients in their homes or in a hospice facility.

You will assess patient needs, develop care plans with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor symptoms, and educate families on care and comfort strategies. Valid RN license is required; NCLEX eligibility for new grads is accepted.

Competenze

• Active RN license in the state you practice.
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in homes or facilities.
• Assess needs and develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage symptoms for comfort.
