Advantage is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality end-of-life care in patients' homes or in a hospice facility, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Competenze

• Active RN license in the state of practice or eligibility to take NCLEX.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or in a hospice facility.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and manage symptoms for comfort.
• Educate and support patients and families on end-of-life care and symptom management.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community resources.
